There is a place in the heart of the city center that may reveal nothing from the outside about what happens inside. From the outside, a dilapidated building, but inside warm colors, soft lights, Mediterranean plants, and then a staircase that leads up - these are all signs that something completely different awaits you. The Balagan is not just a restaurant and bar.
This is an oasis hidden in Akácfa Street. An unpredictable and eclectic yet harmoniously arranged world, where the fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine is served on small plates, and where cocktails not only complement the meal but also create a shared experience.
The term "balagan" means chaos in Hebrew - for us, this chaos becomes a concept. Nothing is conventional here, but everything is in its place.

This April, the Balagan Wine Club is heading to the seaside. An evening where fresh, salty, citrusy, and deep umami flavors come together in the world of wine and cuisine. Throughout the evening, seafood takes center stage: tuna, clams, squid, and octopus - light yet distinctive dishes that bring the inspiration of coastal cuisine to Akácfa Street.
